service reports
can be run at any time by service providers

automated faxes of notice information

notices that are generated in Vendor View is maintained for future
reference by waiver staff and service providers
- Future versions of Vendor View will link participants

waiver services
Technical Details
Vendor View is linked
to the COMPASS waiver management system, and was created to share information
already posted in COMPASS with service providers.
Vendor View eliminates inefficient and time consuming communication
about participants and services between waiver staff and service providers.
Vendor View also provides secure messaging capabilities between all parties.
Vendor View is CIM’s
first step towards a system that will allow automated information to be
shared between participants, service providers, and waiver support and
management staff.
Service providers (and
eventually participants) can access Vendor View through any internet
connection. The system is
secured by a User ID and password access, and service providers are only
able to see information about their active participants.
Vendor View shares the
following types of information with involved parties:
- Periodic assessments and assessment change reports
(detailing only changes from prior assessment)
- Participant care settings by date ranges (home,
hospital, nursing facility, etc.)
- Current medications and allergies
- Current caregivers, medical providers and pharmacies
- Service authorization reports, including new and
changed services
- Scheduled exceptions reports, detailing changes from
the usual service patterns
- Care Plan calendar reports, displayed in calendar
format
- Notice reports, listing all Vendor View notices created
for a person
