Technical Details

PICK works on both laptop and tablet computers running Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

Customer develop custom data profiles of the information they need to collect with PICK.  The following formats for different data types are available for PICK users:

  • dates
  • text boxes (typically up to 50 characters)
  • memo fields (maximum of 4, 000 characters)
  • radio groups (list responses to select only one response)
  • check boxes (list responses to select "all that apply")
  • pull-down lists (with customized list of choices)

Data collected by PICK can be synchronized and stored on either the CIM's Oracle database server using our hosting services or on a customer-provided SQL database server.
